File Budgets Electronically
SUBMIT your Budget Online OR You can E-Mail a PDF Version of your Budget to: apa.audits@nebraska.gov. Whether you submit your Budget online or by e-mail we ask that you only send one (1) budget, file should be in PDF format. If E-Mailing, please use the entities name for the subject line.

Budget Databases (Budgeted Financial Information)

We have 2 types of Budget Databases available:

"Basic Budget Query
Provides a multi-year search of the Top Ten most commonly asked about fields on budget forms (Property Tax Request, Outstanding Bonded Indebtedness, Total Disbursements, Total Available Resources, Valuation, and Unused Budget Authority). Also includes links to PDF files of budget forms, if available.
Line Item Detailed Budget Search
To review or compare specific line items from budget forms this would be the search to use. The Detailed Budget Searches are broken down into the following categories:
- Counties
- Municipalities (Cities and Villages)
- School Districts
- General Budget Form (Fire Districts, SIDs, Townships, Airports, Agricultural Societies, etc.) Basically everything except counties, municipalities, and schools.
